RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase and love the products as much as we do.
No returns or exchanges are offered, all products are bespoke made to order.

For bespoke enquiries, including bespoke sizes or fringing changes, please contact us.
FAULTY GOODS
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to send an email with the photo of damaged item to standzon@hotmail.com.
DELIVERY POLICY
Made to order items will ship as soon as they are available. Please note that occasionally, dispatch date may change. Our items are bespoke and made to order, the delivery time is between 15-20 days for these to be hand finished in the UK and shipped to you. Due to this once ordered we can not cancel or refund an order. Out items will be delivered using a courier.
The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
While we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any late delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales.
Once an order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address, it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct details.
PAYMENT
Payment for items must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept different payment methods as specified on the website. Please ensure that you carefully review your selection before completing your order. Once the order is placed it cannot be canceled and refunded. All payments are processed in pounds Sterling (GBP ). There is no minimum order quantity, all orders should be placed and paid for through our website by credit or debit card. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery and includes VAT.
